My name is Mary Childress and I’m a full-time REALTOR® with Realty ONE Group Dockside. I moved to Myrtle Beach in 1990, from the Northern Neck area of Virginia and now call downtown Conway, SC my home. Both of my children were born and raised here and graduated from Horry County Schools. My daughter, Leigha, graduated from College of Charleston. She currently teaches English in Japan. My son, Ian, graduated from Coastal Carolina University while working in the local service industry. He is now a full time REALTOR®. My husband, Bryan, is a firefighter/paramedic, currently stationed in Little River.
I am a dedicated high volume sales agent within a company of 475 agents with offices in Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, and Conway. Being consistently recognized in the top 10 for sales each year is certainly an honor among so many other professionals, but I can assure you those numbers aren’t my motivation but rather a result of working diligently on behalf of my clients.
I am an active and participating member of Coastal Carolina’s Association of REALTORS®. At the local and state level, I serve on committees that promote education and ethics. Cancer awareness is also a cause that’s near and dear to my heart. I am a longtime supporter and current board member of Courageous Kidz, an organization that provides resources and hope to families affected by pediatric cancer.
